This spring, Alabama Justice: The Cases and Faces That Changed A Nation will end its two-year statewide tour to find its home in the Alabama State Supreme Court Building.
The exhibit was originally slated to tour for one year, 2019, in celebration of Alabama’s bicentennial. The popularity of the exhibit led organizers to extend the tour though 2020 and into early 2021.
Alabama Justice is the brainchild of one of Backstory’s first clients, Auburn constitutional law professor Steven Brown. Backstory is proud to have helped Dr. Brown shine a light on United States Supreme Court cases that originated in the Yellowhammer State.
In its permanent home at the Alabama State Supreme Court Building, Alabama Justice will continue to instruct citizens from across the state about the state’s judicial history.
